Suwa Shrine visit with Shinto priest costume
Have you ever tried on Shinto priest’s garments? Take a memorial photograph of yourself in real Shinto priest’s attire. The traditional garments can be put-on on top of your normal clothing. Your visit to the shrine will be a most solemn and memorable experience.

Close to Guesthouse HACO. TATAMI. lies Suwa Shrine, a Shinto shrine in Ishikawacho. Experience full-scare Shinto prayer at this shrine, established during the Muromachi Period (1333-1573AD). The shrine is affectionately referred to as “Hama no Osuwa san” around the old town Ishikawacho area. How about taking the time for this thorough and careful prayer experience.

The style of casual kimono experience
Try on The style of casual kimono which you can don on top of your normal clothing. In the ambience of casual kimono advocator renovated traditional Japanese house, enjoy your own style of Kimono dressing by touching with the real antique kimonos.
In casual kimono, you can match Kimono parts with your normal clothes, shoes, and bags to create your own unique style. Mixing the old with the new, and constantly evolving into something different, this is the distinctive character of Yokohama. Choose a kimono according to the clothes and shoes you are wearing and take a simple kimono wearing lesson that you can wear by yourself. You can take pictures inside the studio. How about going for a walk in your new style to nearby temples or shrines, or how about to the Western mansions on the Bluff? We will be happy to guide a photogenic walk for you.
The renovated old style Japanese home is a light filled studio, full of various Kimono and Kimono accessories. Time allowing, try on as many garments as you like and take lots of photos!! There is a tatami space on the 2nd floor to relax. Wi-Fi is available.
